About the qualification

When gaining competency in this qualification, you will have the skills and knowledge to undertake the role of a cleaner responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks according to work schedules.

You may be required to work alone, with or without supervision, and have responsibility for selecting, preparing and using appropriate cleaning methods for a range of cleaning situations while ensuring safe work practices.

We offer both online and distance based training activities. These will include a mixture of self paced training tasks and/or on the job practice/work experience, as well as individual face to face sessions
with learners. This may take the form of site visits, emails or telephone calls.
