About the qualification

This qualification allows you to work in or pursue roles working as a developing and emerging leader or manager in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for your own performance, at this level you will be expected to provide leadership, guidance and support to others.

Skills and knowledge will lead to applying solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

This qualification is delivered using a blended learning format that includes online, e-learning and hard copy materials. Recognition of Prior Leaning and Credit Transfer are available as well.

Delivery modes include distance education, facilitated remote or face to face support by a qualified trainer, face to face training room based or on the job.

Learners can enrol in one or more units as a skill set as required for their personal development, workplace requirements or compliance.
